At Tracxn, Som moved from building projects on his own to engineering inside a larger technology organisation.

Later, at Flipkart, Som worked on large-scale backend and business systems, including order management, invoicing and document-related infrastructure: production systems operating at a materially larger scale.

Som moved from his engineering career in India into a global technology environment, in London.

In London, Som worked at Facebook (now Meta), on larger-scale technology systems, including machine-learning / content-integrity and internal systems.
A life, not only a workplace
These years were also a time of international exposure outside work: London became an important chapter of his life, not merely a place to work.

Builder to Leader

After London, Som continued into senior engineering roles, working at Compass.
Head of Engineering, Dizart Solutions
He later moved into engineering leadership and became Head of Engineering at Dizart Solutions: a shift from mainly solving technical problems himself to also helping teams, systems, products and organisations move forward.

In 2024, Som married.

The UAE
Som moved into the UAE chapter of his career, working across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

He joined AI71 in late 2024, and has been part of building ASK71 / GAIA-style enterprise AI systems.

His work has involved AI platforms, agentic systems, retrieval, tools and integrations, conversations, orchestration, enterprise and government deployments, and larger system architecture.
